Welcome to So Lo La’ Deals. The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) form a binding agreement between you (referred to as ”the consumer” and So Lo La’ Deals, LLC referenced throughout this document, which is sometimes referred to as “So Lo La’ Deals,” “we,” “us” or “our.” Please review the following terms carefully. By using the Site or any NationSavings Services, you are agreeing to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (published at http://sololadeals/privacy-2/) and all of these terms will govern your use of the Site and our Services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop all use of the Site and any Services, and will not have the right to use So Lo La’ Deals. The term “you” refers to the person accessing or using the Site or our Services, or the company or organization on whose behalf that person accesses the Site or our Services. “Merchant” refers to a third party seller and someone who provides a service, or sells goods or food.

Services

So Lo La’ Deals  is a company that connects consumers and merchants via advertising of  offers and promotions on goods, services, or food items. All offers and promotions are solely being offered by the merchant only, not So Lo La’ Deals. The information presented in the advertisement is provided by So Lo La’ Deals. However, this is not a guarantee of delivery of goods or services.  So Lo La’ Deals cannot control whether the merchant honors the discounts, special services, prices, or any other advertised offer.

User Obligation and Eligibility

You, the consumer, may be required to register for a user account with So Lo La’ Deals.  You are agreeing that the information you are supplying to So Lo la’ Deals is complete and accurate.  The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 years of age or older, and by accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is completely prohibited, and any accounts that are found to be in violation of this policy will be removed from the site. By registering for a user account, you explicitly agree to this site’s Terms of use, including any amendments made by Nation Savings that are published herein.

As a user, you are allowing So Lo La’ Deals to share your information with merchants from whom you purchase vouchers, goods, or services. You are also agreeing to allowing Nation Savings to include demographic data to merchants whether or not you purchase from them or not. Your privacy is guarded in the ways outlined in the following privacy policy section following:

Privacy

You may view or see So Lo La’ Deals Privacy Policy at http://sololadeals/privacy-2/ for information and updates regarding So Lo La’ Deals collection and use of your personally identifiable information that the site may collect.

Purchase of Vouchers, Goods, or Food

So Lo La’ Deals offers the sale of non-refundable vouchers towards goods, services, or food, or the sale of a specific good or food (also referred to herein as the “deal”)  from one of the advertising merchants. The consumer pays a non-refundable fixed amount (“Cash Value”) for a voucher, good, service or food product that worth more than the requested amount.  The consumer purchases the voucher, good, service, or food product through So Lo La’ Deals, but the fulfillment of those are strictly the liability of the merchant.  These same items are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. Not all deals will be subject to the use of referral credits.

So Lo La’ Deals nor the merchant are responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers, goods, or food products.  Vouchers that are not utilized by their expiration date will only be honored for their purchased “Cash Value’ and not the “Face Value.”  So Lo La’ Deals is not responsible for providing fulfillment of any voucher, service, goods, products, or food products sold by merchants on the site.

The advertised deal and final purchase document (voucher or receipt) will describe in detail the manner in which it can be used for (as in exclusions of certain items, dates, sales tax, and tip at dine-in restaurants).  Merchants can also impose their own limitations and restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to make sure that he/she has read and understands the entire “deal” and all the limitations and exclusions of that deal.

Refund Policy

All amounts paid for any vouchers, goods, services, or food products are non-refundable, unless the consumer notifies So Lo La’ Deals in writing within three days via email at info@sololadeals.com. Users may possibly be able to resell Vouchers or give Vouchers as a present if it is permitted by the applicable Merchant.

Ownership

The Site, Services, agents, licensors, sponsors, merchants, partner, and Site Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.   Nation Savings retains the rights to copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices related to So Lo La’ Deals. Visitors and users are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, publishing, selling, or distributing any of the content from So Lo La’ Deals.

Conduct

To maintain an account in good standing and avoid Termination of your account, you agree to abide by the following policies:

• The consumer agrees to use no vulgar or profane language or images, nor is So Lo La’ Deals held responsible for any vulgar  or profane language or images that are shown in error. This applies to any images or language shared by So Lo La’ Deals or by any users of Nation Savings;
• The consumer will not provide or upload any content, information, photos, or any other content nor conduct him/herself in a manner that is or could be construed as unlawful, pornographic, abusive, harrassing, libelous, deamatory, threatning, obscene, fraudulent, or deceptive; nor content that could be used to disrupt service on the site, hack the site, or implement any malicious software, malware, or phishing software; or any content that may jeopardize the financial account information held on file about other consumers;
• The consumer will not utilize any photos, trademarks, intellectual property, proprietary information, or website design without express written permission from So Lo La’ Deals;
• You will not collect or glean any information about other users in any capacity for ANY reason;
• Attempt to access or search the Site, Services, or Site Content or download Site Content from the Site or Services through the use of any engine; software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Nation Savings or other generally available third party web browsers;
• Duplication of vouchers or improper use of coupons codes is strictly prohibited for ANY reason.
• Use of junk mail, spam, chain letters, meta tags, hidden tags, flooding, advertising, soliciation and all other improper engagement is strictly prohibited.

Termination

So Lo La’ Deals has the right to modify or discontinue www.sololadeals.com at any point your user account and registration information without any prior notice to you or liability for such actions listed above or any reason not outlined in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability/

IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS SITE, THE SERVICES ASSOCIATED, AND THE SALE OF ANY VOUCHER, GOOD, SERVICE, PRODUCT OR FOOD PRODUCT IS SOLELY “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY FROM SO LO LA’ DEALS.  THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED FROM GOODS, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR FOOD PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SALE OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ADVERTISEMENTS OR “DEALS” OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE “DEAL.”  SO LO LA’ DEALS IS NOT HELD LIABLE TO ANY DAMAGES OR ANY FEES WHETHER LEGAL OR OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY DAMAGES FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED “DEALS.”  SO LO LA’ DEALS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED “DEALS” AND IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE TO THE MERCHANT OR THE CONSUMER FOR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY, TANGIBLE ITEMS, OR INTANGIBLE ITEMS, EVEN WHEN AWARE OF POSSIBLE LOSS. SO LO LA’ DEALS IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO PERSONAL HEALTH, PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER UNFORSEEABLE DAMAGE IN THE RESULT OF THE PURCHASE OF ANY DEAL, OR ANY CONDUCT ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITE AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES.  NATION SAVINGS IS ALSO FREE FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT ACTIONS OF MERCHANTS, THEIR EMPLOYEES, OR THE EMPLOYEES OF SO LO LA’ DEALS.

Change in Terms

So Lo La’ Deals reserves the right to change and amend these Terms of Service at any time without any notification. By using So Lo La’ Deals after these amendments, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

Notification of Copyright Infringment

If you feel that there has been a violation of copyright infringment or violation of your intellectual property rights, please notify Nation Savings at info@sololadeals.com. It is the policy of So Lo La’ Deals to respond in an appropriate and timely manner, and all efforts will be made to remove any objectionable materials.
